Timber Joey Teams Up With Cute Little Girl In Video For 1% For The Planet

A little girl is concerned that her individual efforts to clean up planet Earth are not adding up to much.

She thinks about enlisting the help of Mr. Clean and Wonder Woman, but doesn't have their contact information. (Haven't we all been there.)

However, she does have Timber Joey's number. And when she calls him up the Portland Timbers' mascot is happy to help out.

1% for the Planet member businesses give at least 1% of their annual sales to approved environmental nonprofits. The organization guides and supports this giving and provides credible third party certification. Their network now consists of more than 1,200 member businesses, numerous individuals, and thousands of nonprofit partners in more than 40 countries.

Produced and directed by Zach Shapiro of One Hundred Seconds, the video was shot in our studio and on location around town.

Sadly, Joey did not bring his chainsaw to the shoot, and so we were unable to ask him about the optimal bar tension for a 114 link chain. If only we'd gotten his number from our little actress.

The video hasn't been officially released as of this writing (thus the verbal description above), but we can show you some behind-the-scenes shots we got in the studio.
