Policies

We pride ourselves on making your Cine Rent West experience run smoothy and that starts when you inquire about studio availability.

72-Hour Hold
We will hold your dates for 72 hours (subject to availability). If you book during this time, you are financially obligated for the stage rate per booking day.
Extensions: After 72 hours, you may extend for another period provided another client has not placed a 2nd Hold or challenged the dates.
  • Monday holds expire end of business day Wednesday.
  • Friday holds expire end of business day Tuesday.
  • Weekends and Major Holidays are excluded from the 72-hour window.

Booking & Deposits
  • Stage Deposit: The cost of the stage rental per reserved day is due at the time of booking.
  • Documentation: A signed Rental Agreement is required to secure your dates.
  • Exclusivity: Once booked, other inquiries for the same period will be informed the studio is unavailable.

Cancellations

Refund of Deposit: Cancellation notice must be in writing and received at least 14 full calendar days before the first booked day. Deposits are non-refundable within the 14-day window.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date require payment for all Studio Rental Dates and estimated equipment costs.


Insurance Requirements
Clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the commencement of work or equipment delivery.
  • General Liability: Not less than $1,000,000.
  • Equipment Rental: "All Risks" coverage of not less than $500,000.
  • Loss Payee: Cine Rent West must be named as Loss Payee and Additional Insured.
  • Notice: 10-day notice of cancellation required.
