Rental Rates for Photo/Stills shoot:

Rental Rates are listed on daily basis for 10 hr days (example 8 am - 6 PM)

Prep/Strike $800.00 per day

Shoot Day $1500.00 per day

Overtime $200.00 per hour for first 2 hrs, $300 per hour thereafter. All hours are rounded up to the nearest hour.

Walkthrough and tours- Free

If it’s your first time to the studio or you haven’t been here for a long time, we’re happy to open the doors for you to come by.


Tech-Scouts- $150/hr

First half hour is free, after the half hour, it’s $150 per hour.


PAINTING & CLEANING

The studio is painted white at the start of each stage rental. The production may request any color other than white for a shoot day with the understanding that they are responsible for the labor and materials charge to paint a specific color and then paint back to studio white. This requires a prep day for setup, a strike day for re-painting.

PAINTING CHARGES
Labor: $35/hr
Studio White Paint Cost: $40/gallon
Chroma Key Blue/green: $100/gallon

Estimated cost for painting entire studio:

    Paint Whole Stage Black $6000

    Paint Whole Stage Chroma Green $6000

    Paint Whole Stage Chroma Blue $8000

Estimated cost for painting 30' wide x 12' high x 15' out on floor (Not including the cove):

    Black - $1800

    Chroma Green - $2000

    Chroma Blue - $3500


NOTE: Allow 2 full coats of paint to get proper coverage of chroma key blue or green for photography.
Estimated paint & labor charges for partial studio painting: TBD based on client requirements. Please email with specific dimensions for an estimate. 


CLEAN UP:

Rentee is responsible for clean-up of facilities upon completion of shooting.  Clean up fee is waived if facilities are approved by stage manager.

Clean-up charge 500.00 or actual cost of removing/cleaning items


STORAGE:  

Rentee is responsible for removal of all props, sets, equipment, lumber, wardrobe, etc., on the last strike day.  Storage charge will apply if rentee does not leave stage totally cleared and clean. 

Storage  Fee $250.00/day
